An immersive experience to journey through the history of Artajona
ARTAXO MUSUJAN is an immersive 3D experience created by Ángel Sandimas to explore the history, legends and heritage of Artajona from a new perspective.
A project where digital art, storytelling, audiovisual creation and 3D technology come together to transform the way we experience heritage, turning it into a visual, immersive and contemporary experience.
Through a universe created specifically for the project, visitors are invited to step into the identity of Artajona and embark on a journey through history, reality and legend. Technology becomes a tool for sparking curiosity, creating new forms of interaction and bringing heritage closer to audiences of all ages.
Art and technology at the service of the territory
In ARTAXO MUSUJAN, Ángel Sandimas draws on his experience in immersive projects, videomapping, 3D technology and virtual reality to create a narrative deeply connected to the territory.
The project also features a performance by Nahia Bergasa, an actress and artist with family roots in Artajona, who brings the character of Jerusalem to life and creates a special connection between the experience and the local community.
The result is an invitation to see Artajona through different eyes: an experience where imagery, storytelling and technology reveal new dimensions of a heritage that is an essential part of the town’s identity.
A permanent immersive experience
ARTAXO MUSUJAN premiered on 29 August 2026, coinciding with Artajona’s Medieval Market, and subsequently became part of the town’s cultural and tourism offering, with a permanent exhibition at the Church of San Saturnino.
