VIDEO MAPPING · EJEA DE LOS CABALLEROS

This videomapping show was created with a purpose that goes beyond visual impact: to tell the story of Ejea de los Caballeros by using its Town Hall as the narrative canvas.

Through a site-specific production designed exclusively for this façade, the building is transformed into a monumental stage where architecture comes to life, guiding the audience on a journey through history, tradition, legend, and local identity. The show reveals the origin of the town’s name and brings to life some of the most significant episodes of its past through a visual narrative that combines emotion, historical accuracy, and artistic excellence.

The production integrates 2D and 3D animation, visual effects, and architectural projection mapping with live-action performances by actors, whose presence adds authenticity, emotion, and dramatic depth to the story. These characters become the narrative thread that connects the past with the present, bringing the town’s cultural heritage closer to audiences in a contemporary and accessible way.

The original soundtrack, composed by Lorenzo Cortés, was created exclusively for this production. Music and visuals evolve in perfect synchronization, reinforcing every scene and enhancing the emotional impact of the storytelling.

Every sequence has been carefully designed to respect the geometry of the Town Hall façade, incorporating its windows, balconies, and architectural features as active elements of the visual language. Technology fades into the background, allowing the story itself to take center stage, transforming the building into a living narrator that engages directly with the audience.

The result is an immersive experience that brings together heritage, performance, original music, and digital art to create a unique audiovisual spectacle capable of inspiring, educating, and celebrating the cultural memory of Ejea de los Caballeros through the creative possibilities of contemporary projection mapping.

“We don’t simply project images onto buildings. We transform architecture into a visual language that tells stories, moves audiences, and turns everyday spaces into unforgettable experiences.”
